First Cast for a Special Catch

Our newest YURN model is complete! Introducing our new Catfish YURN...We were commissioned to do this special first cast for our friends, the Flickinger Family. In loving memory of Milton Wayne Flickinger of Houston, Texas.

Over the holiday weekend, we joined our friends at their father's lake house and delivered their dad's Catfish YURN.

"It is so completely perfect & so fitting for our dad. I don't know how we could ever thank you enough."   - Terri S.

"This is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much, you just don't know how perfect it is!"   - Laura C.

"Thank you so much. Grandpa would be thoroughly impressed. I know I don't speak for just myself when I say that I couldn't be happier with how beautiful this ended up. You truly have a gift. Thanks again."   - Jacob C.

After Such A Loss...YURNS are Easier to Look at.

We received this message with a recent order for a Bass Fish YURN:

"I just want to tell you that I lost my youngest son... I have put off buying an urn because I was looking for something special. I knew exactly what I wanted and when I saw this urn I knew it was the reason why I waited. My son was an avid fisherman and this represents him perfectly. Thank you for making unique urns which also make it easier for a parent to look at after such a loss."  - Myrna A.

YURN'ing for a New Workshop

We are excited to have a new work space to build our YURNS! After working around some great spring rain, we completed the shell and electrical, and moved our YURNS supplies inside today!
We lost our prior shop in the Bastrop wildfire a few years ago, and for us, this new creative space has been a long time coming.
In order to move forward with our art endeavors, we were in major need of replacing our workshop, and moving our supplies/equipment out of our living room.  We decided to reuse the existing concrete slab where our old shop stood.
This is a exciting step towards progress with the business, and healing for our creative souls to have a new space to work!
