Depending upon our schedule, standard production of Production Works (with engraving) will likely take 4-10 weeks to create. All works are made to order.

 

Custom orders are given their estimated time frame to complete. Currently, 4 to 6 months.

Free FedEx Ground shipping is included and typically takes 2-4 days domestically. Please let us know if you need to upgrade your shipping service.

International Orders - Outside USA:

Please contact us first. Sent via USPS to country of receipt. All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.

We understand that memorial plans can be time sensitive. If your order is needed for a scheduled service or event, and we’re able to accommodate it, we offer RUSH production for an additional $150 fee. RUSH orders are completed within 10–14 days (sometimes sooner), and USPS Express (1–2 day) shipping upgrades are available for an additional charge.

RUSH production terms do not apply to custom commissions. Please ask us about your options.
