An appreciation for uniqueness...Mom's Handwriting

"I finally found the perfect placement for my mom’s ashes. It’s unique and beautiful just like her. If you know me well then you know I love creativity, personalization and have an appreciation for uniqueness... if you knew my mom then you know where I got it! 🖤 @awesome.urns was so amazing to work with and made this process not only a little easier but also very special and individual. #momshandwriting #beautiful #unique #perfectlyimperfect"  - April W.

The Power of Personalization: Lefty, Cut-Away Washburn

This custom guitar memorial is bound for Australia. We collaborated with the customer to create this special remembrance piece for her dad. It is inspired by his left-handed, cut-away Washburn that he loved so much.

It reads,
Stairway to Heaven
Dad (with flame design)
21.02.68 - 21.12.16

We received this kind note from his daughter:

"Thank you both it's absolutely beautiful!... I'm absolutely blown away at the outcome, it's truly amazing the work you do. I'm so grateful to have found you, I'd spent days searching for something to celebrate my dads passions in life, and you've delivered so much more than I'd ever expected...It's unbelievable the work and attention to detail. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful memorial for my dad. It has so much character, he would have loved it and I certainly do. I'm absolutely over the moon. Thanks again Jamaica and Rob, you've truly outdone yourselves."    - Bethany S.

Practicing Prototypes: Angel with Heart

We have been working on prototypes for our new Angel with Heart YURN. The first few casts of a new models is where we work our processes and color finishes. With this model, the angel's dress is the main vessel for cremains placement.

angel urn, heart urn, cremation urn, handmade

This prototype was made with Jamaica's grandmother, Doris, in mind. We personalized this model by engraving her initial "D", along with "Mom" and her grandma name, "Doie".  It won't be used as an cremation urn, but will hang on the tree that she rests under at the cemetery.

Soon we will be perfecting this model, taking pictures, naming it, writing copy and rolling her out into our production line!

All I Could Do Was Stare...Pictures Don't Do Them Justice

YURNSbyMorzArt

"When my Daughter came to me a couple of days after my Soulmate passed away, she said to me, 'Dad I have found the perfect Urn for Mom's ashes'. I looked at the picture of the Sunflower with the Butterfly on it, and I almost cried. I told her, 'that is the perfect place for your Mom's ashes'. After we received the urn and I opened it, all I could do was stare at it. The pictures on your website do it no justice compared to the beauty of it when it was in my hands! Thank You for this work of ART! God Bless You."   - Jim G.

Etsy Review: "Amazing, amazing, amazing! They were so wonderful with us through the whole process, kept us updated with how the YURN was coming along, and shipping was fast and secure! 10/10 A+ would recommend!!" -  Megan G.

Gift for Helping Those Who are Grieving...His Last Guitar

"You folks made a beautiful urn ( the guitar ) for my husband last month. I call it his last guitar. He dearly loved playing and teaching guitar ( taught our son, and the grandkids and a couple friends ). I was going to settle for regular type of urn and then found you guys. I can`t tell you how much my family and love what you have made for us. It makes it hurt just a little bit less to see the guitar, you did a beautiful job. Thank you so much. You have a GOD given gift for helping those who are grieving feel better about where they put the ashes of their loved one. Thank you and GOD BLESS."  -  Kay K.
